Payment
Cocktail Machine Hire is pleased to offer a range of payment options available to our customers. Payment can be made on the day in cash, or can be pre paid via EFT, credit card or cheque. A credit card is required with each booking for security purposes. Once you place a booking, our office team will call you to work out payment as the event draws closer.
Credit card payment:
Our system accepts VISA and Mastercard only. AMEX is unavailable at this stage. All credit card bookings incur a 3% bank and administration charge. If you wish to avoid this fee, it is best to make an EFT payment or pay via cash on the day.
Cash:
We still accept cash payment for bookings. Payment must be made to the driver on the day before he sets up the equipment. You must provide the correct change as our drivers don’t carry change. A receipt can be issued via email on the following business day.
EFT/Bank transfer:
Transferring to our bank account is one of the easiest ways to pay for your cocktail machine hire. Let us know if you wish to pay this way so we can send you an invoice. Payment is required seven days prior to the event to allow time for the funds to enter our account and be reconciled.
